Can a nanny choose any hourly price?
The caregiver submits a preferred rate range. UPA reviews and approves the public rate before the profile is published.
What is UPA Personal Match?
A premium human-assisted search. UPA meets the family online, learns the requirements, searches and prequalifies candidates, then presents 3 selected profiles.
Does paying make a nanny UPA Verified?
No. Verification and payment are separate.
Does the map show a caregiver's home?
No. The map shows an approximate service area only.
Can families browse for free?
Yes. The model is browse free, pay only to unlock the caregiver you want to contact.
